TAPPER: The same stuff he was doing a couple months ago, calling on Congress to pass things.
Jake, Jake, Jake: the President is busy. He's busy playing golf, shooting hoops and fundraising. Not necessarily in that order.
He can't be expected to divert his attention from the daunting task of raising the $1 billion in propaganda money he'll need for the 2012 election.
